Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. During product launches or sales, processing may take a bit longer — we appreciate your patience as a small-batch brand.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

• U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• U.S. Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Free Shipping: Orders over $200 (U.S. only)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected speed.

Tracking:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your Shellkinis’ journey to your door.

International Shipping:

We currently ship within the U.S. only. Stay tuned as we grow — international shipping is on the horizon! For my foreign Airline friends please reach out and we can try to organize something with international layovers.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please reach out to the carrier first. If you need further help, contact us — we’ll do our best to assist.
